MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.
MGTS is continually developing and expanding its portfolio of technical delivery to industry and as a consequence is now seeking to recruit a Technical Trainer / Assessor with a sound background in mechanical engineering including mechanical maintenance. Core responsibility of the role is the delivery of training and assessment to learners of all ages in core maintenance skills. In addition, some electrical experience would be advantageous as well as experience in:
- Pneumatics / Hydraulics
- Fitting and assembly

Role Requirements:
- Driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is proactive and organised
- Train and assess learners
- Develop and present training material
- Produce reports
- Monitor candidate performance
- Experience of working to a QA system

Salary & Benefits:
An initial annual salary of up to £43,500 is offered to the successful candidate, together with:
- 25 days annual holiday plus 8 statutory days
