Bethany Brown started her apprenticeship with Tata Technologies Limited (TTL) in 2016. Here we catch up with Bethany to talk about her journey from engineering apprentice to Junior Engineer.Why did you choose a career in engineering?My dad is an engineer so this did positively influence my decision.

Back in 1993 Matthew Beverley started his engineering apprenticeship training at MGTS in Coventry. He had secured an apprentice position with Park Sheet Metal, specialising in sheet metal and fabrication in the prestige automotive industry.
A large percentage of the companies that MGTS work in partnership with invest over and above the main apprenticeship programme training to ensure that both their apprentices and organisation reap the rewards.
